Sleepy Hollow Decaf

Unlike the famous legend, this coffee won’t have you tossing and turning. This versatile decaf coffee is smooth, mild, and approachable. We work only with water-processed decaf coffees to create this mild and sweet coffee that can be brewed as either espresso or as drip. Sleepy Hollow Decaf exhibits soft flavors of caramel, hazelnuts and a hint of raisin--all perfect flavors to dream on.1-sleepy-hollow-decaf.jpg

    The Best Decaf Ever

Finally, I have found a company that treats its decaffeinated coffee beans with as much respect as regular coffee beans. The flavor is rich and mellow, never burnt or bitter, no matter how strong you brew it. The mail order beans are the best because they are only roasted right before they are mailed. The beans look and smell wonderful. Thanks!

Sleepy Hollow Decaf makes the BEST espresso ever, hands down!

I never acquired a taste for coffee, but I very much enjoy an espresso beverage heavily laced with chocolate, until now. Sleepy Hollow Decaf made with the AeroPress espresso maker is the first and only coffee I truly that I enjoy without needed to mask the flavor by adding chocolate. Whether it's an extra hot latte or an iced Americano, Sleepy Hollow Decaf is by far the very best, most flavorful and delightfully smooth espresso I have every enjoyed. The only down side is the steep shipping fee.

    Best ever decaf latte!

This blend makes the most perfectly balanced and most flavorful latte. Since it is not widely available I am now in the market for an espresso machine so I can indulge in my newest addiction on a daily basis. Respectfully submitted by a former Starbucks fan.

Micro-lots:

Available for limited times in small quantities, our carefully curated micro-lots are single origin coffees at their purest. Not only are the beans sourced from one farm, they're sourced from one micro-lot of land on that farm, ensuring a highly consistent flavor and experience. This is a wonderful way to sample the true, amazing potential of coffee. We've selected these lots despite their small quantity because we see something in them that's truly special--and we think you will, too.

Single Origins:

True to their name, single origin coffees consist of beans sourced from a farm or community in one, specific region. Seasonal selections from around the world, our line of single origin coffees focuses on the highest quality product from coffee producers who take their work as seriously as we do.

Blends:

Handcrafted from exceptional single origin coffees, our signature blends are carefully developed in our Hudson Valley roastery to please drinkers day after day, year round.
